How table ordering works

1. A guest scans the QR code on their table and your menu opens in their phone browser.
2. They add dishes to a basket, write a note for the kitchen if they need to, and choose how to pay.
3. The order arrives in your dashboard with a sound, showing the table number, the dishes and the payment method.
4. You move it from confirmed to preparing to ready, and the guest watches the status change on their phone.

Guests do not need an account and do not need to download anything. Waiters spend less time walking back and forth taking orders, and fewer orders are misheard in a busy room.

Payments without a middleman

Guests can pay with cash at the counter, or send money to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket number you add in your dashboard. When they pay by mobile wallet they enter the transaction ID, and it appears on the order so you can check it in your own app before you mark the order paid.

Safe from fake orders and wrong prices

Each table QR code carries its own private code, so orders can only come from someone who scanned a code in your restaurant. Prices are always taken from your menu on our server, never from the guest phone, so a total cannot be changed on the way.

You stay in control: you can pause ordering at any time, and every order can be cancelled from your dashboard if something is wrong.

Pickup orders, points and discount codes

Beyond the table, you can let signed in customers order ahead for pickup from your shared link, so their food is ready when they arrive. Each customer can have two pickup orders open at a time, which keeps things fair for your kitchen.

You can also turn on points, where regular guests earn a point for every Tk 20 they spend and use them on a later bill, and create discount codes with a limit per customer. All of this is optional and switched off until you choose it.

How it compares with delivery apps

Delivery apps are useful for reaching people at home, and many restaurants will keep using them. They charge a commission on each order and the customer relationship belongs to the app.
