The service
MenuBangla lets restaurants publish menus, take orders and bookings, and lets guests view menus, order, book and join the community feed. The service is provided free of charge and as it is, and we may change or improve features over time.
Restaurant owners
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, opening hours and wallet numbers.
- You are responsible for the food you serve, for confirming payments in your own wallet app, and for your dealings with guests.
- You must have the right to use the names, logos and photos you upload.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Payments
Payments go directly from guests to the restaurant, in cash or to the restaurant wallet number. MenuBangla does not receive, hold or refund payments and is not a party to the sale. Questions about a payment should go to the restaurant.
Guests and customers
Please place real orders and bookings only. Points and discount codes are offered by each restaurant, have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn by the restaurant.
Acceptable use
Do not use MenuBangla to post anything illegal, hateful, misleading or that belongs to someone else, to send fake orders, or to interfere with the service. Community posts that receive several reports are hidden automatically and reviewed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
We work hard to keep MenuBangla running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, MenuBangla is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or disputes between restaurants and guests.
Ending your account
You can stop using MenuBangla at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to menubanglabd@gmail.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use MenuBangla means you accept the updated terms.
