Why we built MenuBangla

Walk into most restaurants in Bangladesh and the menu is a laminated card with prices crossed out and written over. Menus online are usually photos on Facebook, hard to read and quickly out of date. The software that solves this is often built for other countries, priced in dollars and paid for with a card.

We wanted something that fits how restaurants here actually work: payment with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or cash, owners who run everything from a phone, and guests who will not download an app to see a menu.

• A free restaurant web page with your menu, hours, location and bookings.
• Table ordering with payment straight to your own wallet number.
• Table bookings, pickup orders, points and discount codes, all optional.
• Sales and expense tracking so you can see what sells and when.

How we work

MenuBangla is an independent project built in Bangladesh. We do not take a commission and we never hold your money. We keep the service free by running it lean, and if we ever add paid extras, the core menu and ordering will stay free.
